Current Water Rates

New Rates Effective February 15th, 2024.

Due to the increased cost of operations and maintenance we are forced to implement a rate increase of 12%. This will increase the average bill approximately $5.44 per month. 

There is a monthly minimum of $50.81 per membership. You must pay the minimum whether the service connection is in use or not. 

Meters are read between the 20th & 24th of the month, bills are mailed by the last working day of the month. Payment is due by the 15th of the following month. 

If service is disconnected due to a delinquent bill there will be a $25.00 re-connection fee. 

If the property is rented, the membership owner assumes all responsibility for any unpaid bills.

Each permanent household inhabited for a period of 60 or more days in a calendar year requires a separate membership and service connection.

Residential Minimum- 2,000 gallons $50.81

Commercial Minimum- 4,000 gallons $101.63
