Board Meetings

Monthly Board Meetings are typically held on the second Thursday of every month unless otherwise stated. We must have a minimum of 4 board members to have a quorum. If we do not have a quorum, the meeting will be postponed for a later date or cancelled until the following month. Please let us know if you plan on attending so we can provide adequate seating and refreshments.
